Privacy contact: privacy@tranzx.hu. This notice covers visitors to tranzx.hu and eslip.tranzx.hu and people contacting us by email. The website offers no user registration, receipt upload or payment.
Contact and support
For email enquiries, we process the sender’s name, email address, message, attachments and email metadata to reply and resolve the matter. General enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Article 6(1)(b) applies where we take pre-contractual steps at an individual’s request. Providing data is voluntary; we need a reply address and the substance of your question to respond. Email links open your own email application; we receive your message only when you actually send it.
Retention
General enquiries unrelated to support are retained for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and close the matter. General support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the case closes, to keep track of the case and related enquiries. Diagnostic data and attachments supplied for troubleshooting are retained for up to 30 days after closure. Data that becomes unnecessary earlier is deleted. For a specific legal obligation or legal claim, only the necessary data is retained separately, with a documented reason and review; on request we explain the affected categories and retention periods. We do not build marketing lists from enquiries.
Providers and transfers
Email services are provided in Hungary by Sigmanet Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (published address: 1132 Budapest, Victor Hugo utca 18–22., Hungary; tax number: 13919252-2-41; registration number: 01-09-879863; info@sigmanet.hu). The website is served by Cloudflare Pages; network processing is described in the sections below. Access is limited to authorised TranzX personnel and technical providers as necessary for their duties. Data is disclosed to authorities where legally required or in response to a lawful request.
Your rights and requests
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, exercise data portability. Email privacy@tranzx.hu. We may proportionately verify your identity. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and inform you of any lawful extension and its reasons. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with this website.
Remedies
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; website: naih.hu) or seek a judicial remedy. See the NAIH website for the available complaint procedures.
Technical data and purpose
When you request a page, the serving network processes data needed to establish and protect the connection, including IP address, request time, requested URL and technical headers sent by your browser. The purposes are page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. The basis is TranzX’s legitimate interest in operating a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare and international processing
The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc.’s Pages/CDN network. Its global infrastructure can involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Cloudflare’s data processing terms describe the applicable transfer mechanisms, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Links to those terms and its sub-processor list are provided below.
Storage and retention
We operate no separate visitor database or access-log export for this website. The network provider processes technical data for operation and security under the retention rules of its service and privacy terms; Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its independent provider processing. TranzX does not use this data to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and tracking
These websites do not set their own cookies or use browser storage, analytics, marketing tracking or third-party embeds. There is no web form or registration. Network protection by the provider may involve technical data processing. The eSlip application and eslip.hu have a separate privacy scope.
